Dave Ross

During the day, Dave is a primary school teacher, so he is used to talking a lot!

He also plays bass instruments, double bass, bass guitar and the occasional tuba, so you can expect songs with a good bassline being played when he is behind the mike. He has a wide interest in different styles of music from Louis Armstrong and Glenn Miller, through Chris Rea and Dire Straits to Davina and the Vagabonds and Hugh Laurie.

Dave loves cricket and supports Durham Cricket Club – he enjoys watching Durham play up at the Riverside in Chester-le-Street and has been lucky enough to see them lift the One Day Trophy at Lords Cricket Ground and the County Championship at the Riverside.
